Great light, arrive well packaged and on time, I can not seem to get them to work one or two at a time, only all 3, but this is not a prob for me at all as I brought it for the 3 lights to be used at once anyway. They are bright and do the job, and I have very happy plant cuttings and babies, only had it on for the last 8 hours and they are already looking better so I'm a very happy plant person ;)
