DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
All orders paid for before 2pm, will be dispatched on the same working day. As soon as your order is placed, you will receive up to date notifications on when your order will be picked, dispatched and delivered.
All UK orders will be sent by APC Overnight or Royal Mail. Saturday Delivery and other Priority delivery services are available at an extra cost. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and other non-domestic locations will be delivered within 2-5 working days. Collection is currently unavailable.
 
 
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Whilst we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives at your door complete and as described, there are rare occasions where the item can be damaged in transit. You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of payment being received. If you would like to cancel an order and return an item to us, please contact us via eBay. YOUR 12 MONTH WARRANTY
All items are covered by our 12 Month warranty (unless stated otherwise). The 12 Month Warranty period begins from the date of delivery. If during this period, your item develops a fault, please get in touch with us straight away. We will endeavour to diagnose and fix the fault without a return, but if we are unable to do this, then you will be provided with return instructions. Once the item has been returned to us, we will either repair, exchange or issue a refund for your item. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer if you are returning the item(s) to us because of "change of mind". If you are returning the item to us because it is faulty, the return costs are covered by us (Within 30 days of receipt). Repaired items or exchanges will be returned at no extra charge to the customer. Our warranty covers all that would be covered by the product manufacturer, however we do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover consumable parts of the item, such as the battery.
 
 
VAT MARGIN SCHEMES
Some of our products are sold under the VAT Margin Scheme.
 
The Margin Scheme - All items sold under the Margin Scheme will not have a VAT component on the invoice, therefore no VAT can be reclaimed.

So I was soo excited for this controller to finally come, except as soon as I went into a game with it the joysticks were drifting on screen even though I wasn't touching the controller. You would think that in a cost of living crisis that what you buy these days would actually work, this is not the case. I'm appalled by this business, thinking they can send people items that are broken, already put in a return and if anyone reads this comment, I would not bother, more hassle than it's worth.
