Bk at cheapest price on offer ordered on 3 May. When did not arrive, seller chased. They replied 6 May, apologising due to “an error in stocktaking” it was not available & “we cannot secure new copies for approx. another 7 days”. I replied to wait a “little longer”. In fact I waited until the 28 May. Then with no word, let alone the book, I requested refund. Granted. Reluctant to give any seller “negative” feedback unless really bad. In this case, due to communication I will be “neutral".
