Order was cancelled and refunded due to the erroneous information about “free shipping “; it was not “free “. When shipping was added to the order, it greatly exceeded my budget. Seller claimed that it was an error on the part of eBay, and that they never double checked that listing, and that resulted erroneous information. They apologized and promptly refunded the money. Also, they removed the erroneous listing.

This item was not as described. The seller communicated with me that this was an unused item. The kayak was clearly used and it even had some mold stains, which may be impossible to remove. I gave them two opportunities to make things right but did not even get a response. Buyer beware.
