DESPATCH: We have a post office in the village so super fast despatch within one working day is the Happytack norm - we fully appreciate that the wait for your animal's therapy and comfort products has to be minimal. We use fully insured Royal Mail first class recorded delivery or 24 hour tracked courier service for your peace of mind as our standard delivery service, special delivery for Get It Fast orders and first class for economy (free) service.
We will ask our customers to confirm in writing that items 'lost in the post' have not been received by them so that Royal Mail can proceed with fraud enquiries. We often find that 'lost' items occur because buyers forget to update their addresses on ebay and their parcels are therefore sent to the wrong address.
RETURNS: We take our distance selling responsibilities very seriously. All Happytack products have a no-quibble guarantee. If your purchase has not met your expectations, simply return it for refund, to reach us within 8 working days of you receiving it. This does not affect your statutory rights.
DVDs cannot be refunded if the packaging seal has been damaged, unless they are faulty. We have found that all of our customers who have had problems viewing DVDs on their DVD players, can actually view the DVD on a PC.
We want you, and especially your animal, to be completely happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you need to make a return, please take the best care of the item and return it clean/disinfected.
If you re-use the original packaging by turning it inside out, we will know exactly who has returned the package and when it was supplied. Adding your phone number to the package will also be useful.
Unfortunately we cannot cover return postage costs unless there has been an error on our part. You are strongly advised to insure the item before returning it to us as we can only be responsible for the item after we have safely received it. We would be grateful if you would notify us in advance before you send the package so that we can look out for your package, note your feedback comments and refund you/replace/exchange the goods without any problems.
