WHERE POSSIBLE WE WILL SUPPLY THE VEHICLE VIN NUMBER ON THE LISITNG TO ASSIST IN IDENTFYING PARTS.
PARTS SUPPLIED WILL HAVE A GUARANTEE 30 OF DAYS.
WARRANTY WILL COVER SUPPLIED PART ONLY - NO ADDITIONAL PARTS USED OR LABOUR COSTS WILL BE COVERED
TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY FOR VALIDATING WARRANTY ON ENGINES AND GEARBOXES.
ENGINE AND GEARBOXES MUST HAVE BEEN INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED MECHANIC TO QUALIFY FOR THE WARRANTY.
TIMING CHAIN/BELT AND OIL COOLER MUST BE REPLACED BY CUSTOMER AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION FOR ANY WARRANTY TO BE VALID.
THE WARRANTY WILL ONLY COVER THE PARTS SUPPLIED, WE WILL NOT COVER ANY LABOUR CHARGES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, PLEASE BEAR THIS IN MIND BEFORE PLACING ORDERS
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment can be made by PayPal, Cheque, Bank Transfer or Cash on collection. If you wish to pay by Cheque or Bank Transfer, All funds must be cleared (verified by our bank) before dispatch or collection.
All payments must be made within 3 working days on BUY IT NOW / BEST OFFERS ACCEPTED unless arranged prior to buying with ourselves.
Non-Paying bidders will be reported to eBay and we are within our rights to relist the item.
Please don t buy an item if you can t/won t pay for it.
It is clearly stated in the listing WINNING BIDDERS ARE TO PAY WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER AUCTION END UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE ALREADY BEEN MADE. ALL NON-PAYING BIDDERS WILL BE REPORTED TO EBAY & NON-PAYING BUYER CASE WILL BE OPENED ON THE FOURTH DAY
If payment or contact is not made within 3 days. then the unpaid item case is automatically opened via e-bay for all non paid items.
If there is any issue or problem arising to make the payments, then buyers should contact us to allow more time etc. rather than not contacting at all.
POSTAGE TERMS
ALL ITEMS ARE SHIPPED USING DHL OR U.P.S.
RESIDENTS LIVING OUTSIDE THE MAINLAND UK MUST CALL OR MESSAGE BEFORE BIDDING AS POSTAGE CHARGES MAY BE HIGHER AND WE WILL HAVE TO GET A QUOTE FROM OUR REPUTABLE COURIERS
Once items are shipped out, the shipping fee is not refundable.
Ream Salvage will not accept any responsibility for items damaged in transit once they have been delivered and signed for by customers.
All items are checked and tested prior to packing before leaving Ream Salvage Customers are responsible for checking the condition and checking that the goods are correct before accepting and signing for delivery.
If you suspect the packaging to be damaged & or tampered with, you may sign and write ‘DAMAGED’ on the delivery sheet or not accept it all. Also contact us immediately.
DAMAGED ITEM (ON SITE)
Occasionally we discover that an item may have been damaged whilst in storage and as a result the item is unusable so we are unable to dispatch it.
We will initially make contact with the buyer of the occurrence and will try our best to source a replacement if possible.
We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the full amount paid by the buyer at any time
DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS
For larger pallet or boxed item(s), you will more than likely be contacted by our couriers prior to the item being delivered. Please ensure a valid and reachable mobile or landline contact number is supplied along with the payment on which you are easily reachable .
If there will be nobody at your delivery address then you may instruct at the time of contact by couriers to leave with neighbour etc. (Please note this is only at the couriers discretion if they allow certain parcels to be delivered elsewhere). However if you do this and the goods go missing or are damaged it is your responsibility and there will be no replacement or credit.
FAILED DELIVERY
If there is nobody to sign for the item(s) after an arrangement for delivery had been made between the courier and customer, the courier may attempt a second delivery at their discretion after which they will return the parcel to their depot. Customers will be given enough time to collect their item or contact the couriers but if there is no contact made then the parcel/pallet will be returned to us at a cost.
Courier policy is to attempt to deliver to your delivery address twice, after which they will put an attempted delivery card through your post box if nobody was there to sign for the item(s). The attempted delivery card is not posted for larger items on pallet as customers are contacted via telephone before delivery is attempted.
We can arrange for a re-delivery of returned items but you will be charged for it
DELIVERY TO CONFIRMED ADDRESSES
*Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to 3rd party Residential Addresses that are not confirmed on the eBay order details.
All deliveries will only be made to the registered PayPal/Credit Card address and will be made available to us on the eBay order details page.
