We only sell NEW and SEALED games in perfect mint condition. Due to our strict quality control we inspect every sealed game case to make sure it is not damaged in any way as we do not sell damaged games. We also use high quality packaging so your item(s) should arrive in perfect condition.

PAYMENT
We are PayPal Verified & Confirmed for your assurance that your purchase is safe with us. Most items are eligible for up to £500 buyer protection.
Payment must be made within 5 days from the date of purchase although the quicker the payment, the quicker the despatch. If you are the winning bidder/buyer, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item. If there is a problem please contact us. Please only buy if you intend to pay.
We prefer payment via PayPal. You can also pay instantly with your Debit or Credit Card through PayPal without an account. We also accept genuine UK Postal Orders or UK/International bank transfers so please contact us after bidding/buying for the details.

Please do not leave negative/neutral feedback if the package arrived late as this is beyond our control, you can check the postmark for evidence that the package was posted promptly by us. Please do not leave feedback until we have been given a chance to rectify the problem, if any. If there is a problem with an order we guarantee that there is NO problem we will not fix so everyone will be happy.
Sellers obviously want repeat buyers so any decent seller will resolve any problem. Sometimes it is not even the sellers fault, beyond their control. Remember it is the postal services that deliver the parcels and sellers can't control postal services even when the seller posted very fast. The feedback system is for the seller's performance and NOT for the service that Royal Mail or other international postal services provide.

SHIPPING
Item(s) will be sent out the same or next working day depending on the time of order. Orders paid before the stated cut-off time will be dispatched the same working day. We only use First Class post and we do not use 2nd Class post. Domestic & International delivery prices differ, please check details before bidding/buying. We can't combine standard shipping as there is not much in it but we do offer combined postage for tracked shipping services so please contact us before buying for a quote if not already discounted on the listing. Higher value items will be sent via tracked shipping, see relevant listings for details. Very heavy items may be sent via courier depending on postage option selected. All shipping options include free postal insurance for peace of mind.
UK
Depending on item(s) and/or postage option selected item(s) will be sent via First Class Standard, First Class Recorded or Special Delivery Next Day. If in the rare case you do not receive an item then as soon as the postal services have confirmed the item lost we will send out a replacement subject to stock levels or a refund.
INTERNATIONAL
Royal Mail Small Packets = Cheapest standard shipping with NO buyer tracking (Only delivery confirmation)
Royal Mail International Signed/T&S = Secure/Insured shipping with tracking
Royal Mail Tracked/AirSure = Secure/Insured shipping with tracking + FASTEST service

Depending on item(s) and/or postage option selected item(s) will be sent via AirMail Small Packets, International Signed For or AirSure. As AirSure is only available to selected countries, this option may not be available on all listings so please contact us if you require this faster service for a little extra cost. Although obvious but Customs charges if any for countries outside the EU are the buyer's responsibility. If in the rare case you do not receive an item then as soon as the postal services have confirmed the item lost we will send out a replacement subject to stock levels or a refund.

RETURNS
If you wish to return an item(s) for exchange or a refund then you must do this as soon as possible but within 30 days by e-mailing us for instructions. The item(s) must be returned in the original condition, sealed & unopened with all original documentation. We suggest you use insured/trackable shipping otherwise post uninsured at your own risk. Opened or damaged item(s) do not qualify. Replacement/refund will follow promptly after checking item(s). On exchanges/refunds the buyer will be liable for the shipping fees & differences in price (if any).
Although highly unlikely but genuine faulty items may be returned within 7 days by e-mailing us first for instructions. Item(s) will be replaced promptly after testing.
