I listed the experience as Neutral only because the book was delivered on May 18 but was originally indicated to arrive on May 10. However, since I was in no hurry to start reading the book I would NOT say the experience was negative. The book is in fine condition, it was well packaged and appears to be everything I expected it to be, so that is very positive.
