Wonderful recipe book for easy juicing and blending. One recipe per page, large easy to read font with a picture. Variations of recipes which include the same 3 anti cancer ingredients are grouped together in a chapter giving descriptions of the benefits of their ingredients. Omissions: recipe 12. 2 cups of kale, 15. 2 cups of mixed berries, 16. 2 kiwis, 17. 1-inch ginger root, 19. 2 pears, 62. 2 apples, 82. 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed. Recipes 86 - 90 need a juicer nor a blender.
