Payments:
 
Payment can be made using eBay’s managed payment options which allows you to pay with credit or debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, all while being protected by eBay. Payments must be made as soon as you have clicked Buy It Now. Please contact us directly within 24 hours of purchase if you believe there may be a delay in making your payment. Postage for buyers in United Kingdom:
 
Our UK Postage fees include the cost of postage and the cost of packaging. Items will be shipped by Hermes. Items over £65 are not covered by Hermes, so packages over this price will be sent with added insurance, which will be included in the advertised postage and packaging fees.
 
Postage for international buyers:
 
We offer International postage on most of our items. International purchases will be sent via Royal Mail’s Tracked and Signed option. Items over £250 are also sent with added insurance which will be included in the advertised postage and packaging fees.
 
Important Notice for International Buyers – New customs legislation from March 2021:
 
Please note that it is the buyer’s responsibility to check and pay for any Import/Customs charges prior to purchase. As from March 2021 new rules have been put into place for all countries receiving goods from the UK. We will ensure that the correct customs forms have been fully completed to help speed up the time between when the item is dispatched and when it is delivered to the buyer. Should you refuse to pay any Customs Import charges, we cannot accept a return of your item(s).
 
Delivery
 
We will dispatch items within 48 hours of receipt of your payment.
 
Items delivered within UK will be delivered within 2-3 days after the item has been dispatched.
 
Items delivered to Europe will arrive 3-5 working days after the item has been dispatched.
 
Items being delivered to Rest of the World will arrive 5-7 days after the item has been dispatched.
You will be notified through eBay when the item has been dispatched.

Collection:
 
Larger items can be collected from our shop in Worthing, West Sussex and the option to collect will be clearly stated on relevant listings. Please note that payment for the items must be completed before collection. Our shop is open 7 days a week. Our opening hours are:
Monday – Saturday: 9am - 6pm
Sunday: 10am – 4pm.
 
If you would like to collect an item, please call ahead to arrange a suitable time.

We aim to describe all of our items as accurately as possible, including clear pictures, measurements and detailed descriptions, including any marks and imperfections. Please take your time to study photos and description text carefully, as we do not offer a returns policy unless the item does not match the description. Any return postage costs are to be paid by the buyer and cost of the item P&P will be refunded. We will require photos of the item which clearly indicate that the description does not reflect a realistic portrayal of the item and this will be assessed on a case by case basis.
On the rare occasion your item should arrive damaged, we require clear pictures of the damaged item and packaging. A Full Refund will be issued. We may also require you to return the item before a refund is issued. Failure to take photographs and contact us will deem our insurance null and void and a refund will not be able to be issued.
