Warunki prowadzenia sprzedaży
• We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the products to us within 14 days of receipt.
 
• It's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that it's undamaged and unused.
 
• Any defected item will be repaired or replaced. If we post a different item then sold item, wrong shipped items must be reported to us within 24 hours.
 
• If you have ordered the wrong item, please note that we cannot refund postage or carriage charges and that we will charge 20% re-stocking fee and eBay listing cost. Your refund will reflect this charge.
 
• Goods must be returned unused in the condition they were supplied within 10 days of delivery, otherwise a higher re-stocking fee may apply.
 
• You also require RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning any item. Please contact us via eBay. Reference the item number, your eBay ID and delivery address. We will do our best to correct it as quickly as possible.
 
• All serial numbers on items are recorded before items are sent out to prevent being switched and returned. Goods sent back without prior authorization might not be identifiable and therefore no return will be issued.
 
• All instruction manuals, accessories and cables must also be back in our possession, any products returned opened, incomplete or without original packaging will incur a 20% restocking fee.
 
• Shipping and handling fees are non refundable in any circumstances. Please be advised to check the unit on arrival and if found with any issues must be reported within 24 hours. All items covered under warranty will be fitted with tamper proof material, should this be damaged it will VOID your warranty.
 
• Any item listed as spares or repairs/sold as seen will have no warranty and no returns will be accepted.
 
• All sales are final, non paying bidders will be given a non payment strike by eBay, we must recover our fees as eBay charges us as soon as the purchase has been made. Postage is non refundable and it is the buyers responsibility to return the item to us as it was received.
 
• Postage is non- refundable if you refuse to receive the delivery for any reason and your refund will reflect this. It is buyer's responsibility to make arrangements to receive the parcel/delivery personally with poof of valid ID.
 
• This does not affect your statuary rights.
