It’s really important to us that your shopping experience meets expectations, so please spend a few minutes and read on.     1. OUR CONTRACT AFTER YOU HAVE ORDERED
     
    Once you’re happy everything is correct and you’ve submitted an order you’ll be given an Order Reference Number with details of the product(s) you have ordered along with the delivery tracking number.
    Sometimes we have to hold our hands up and admit we have made a mistake by unintentionally publishing inaccurate information on the site (e.g. the price, description or availability of a product you have ordered). In this instance we may have to cancel your order at any time up to the point we send you the product(s), even if you have received your Order Confirmation email, and you will receive a full refund of any charges already paid. If this does happen we will notify you immediately to offer an alternative product or update you with an estimated delivery date.
     
    2. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
     
    All our prices are in UK pounds. The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, the delivery charge (if any), plus any additional services you choose e.g. Pre 9am delivery. You’ll see all these in your Shopping Basket before you submit an order. Payment is processed once the order is submitted.
     
    3. DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
     
    All our items are delivered by courier (UPS Standard Services) or by post to the delivery address provided when you place your order. Once your order is confirmed, we will endeavour to deliver the goods within the delivery period that applies to the option you have chosen.
     
    UK (domestic) orders include free next working day delivery via UPS Standard, a fully trackable service. Orders placed before 12 PM have same day dispatch, however we endeavour to get all orders dispatched on the same day. Additional services such as Pre 9 AM, 12 AM and Saturday deliveries are available for an extra cost.
     
    International Orders are currently available within Europe and will be dispatched via UPS Standard International Service, which for most EU countries is 3-5 working day service.
     
    We do offer a store to visit, however we are more than happy to allow for collections at our Maidenead Warehouse however we currently do not offer Card Payment Facilities but Bank Transfer or Cash on Collection are the only two options. Simply email to arrange an appointment; we are pretty flexible so if you cannot make it during office hours we will do our best to work around you.
     
    4. RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS
     
    If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it’s unopened, in its original packaging and you can provide proof of purchase. This option is available for 14 days after delivery.
     
    Following the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept items items back even if you’ve open the good to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund as long as you return your goods within 14 working days* from the day after delivery. The goods must be in an “as sold” condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories or free gifts received with it. The product must not have been used or have any data inputted. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them and not use them.
     
    * Working days means all days other than Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. You need to return the goods to our head office, or contact us within the 14 day working period.
     
    5. FAULTY GOODS
     
    It’s bad enough that your product develops a fault, so if required, we try to make our returns option as swift and easy as possible. As soon as you discover that any goods are faulty you should notify us and one of our skilled engineers will help diagnose the problem. Faulty goods means any goods we supply that do not conform to the Orders Product Description.
     
    We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, normal wear and tear by you or any third party, or any alteration or repair carried out without our prior approval.
     
    When you return goods to us:
     
    You must include proof of purchase
    You must ensure that they are properly and securely packaged and labelled with our address.
    You are responsible for any damage or loss in transit.
     
    6. MISSING, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
     
    We do everything we can to ensure your order arrives at your door complete and as described. If you don’t receive your orders when expected, you can check that they have been dispatched using our tracking facility detailed in the confirmation email. If it’s not on its way you can contact us via eBay.
     
    7. WARRANTY
     
    All machines are supplied with our 14 day Return to Base Warranty where faulty goods will be repaired or replaced with goods equal or greater in specification. As above, we do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, normal wear and tear, or any alteration or repair carried out without our prior approval.
     
    Where products are covered by Apple’s One-Year Limited Warranty and/or Apple’s AppleCare Protection Plan machines will be supplied with the relevant documentation and transferred into the buyers name. Note, any upgrades (i.e. Hard Drive or RAM) that have been made will not be covered by Apple but in most cases will be covered by the respective manufacturers’.
     
    8. PRIVACY
     
    We do not store credit card details nor do we share customers details with any 3rd parties. We do not store personally identifiable information in our cookie data.
     
    9. GENERAL
     
    These Terms and Conditions, and all transactions relating to this website and all non-contractual obligations are governed by English Law and are subject to non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.
     
    DEFINITIONS IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    We, us and our refer to We Buy Mac.
    You and your refer to the purchaser or any goods from us.
    Goods means any goods, products, or services you order from us
    Order means an order placed by you with us for the purchase of goods.
