PAYMENT
We accept payments securely via Paypal: you can pay using either your Paypal account or using credit/debit card. Instant payment is required on all of our Buy It Now items
 
POSTAGE:
Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment and are dispatched daily Monday to Friday.
 
LOST/LATE MAIL:
While most of our items are received within 3 working days (United Kingdom), there can be hold ups along the way, so we ask customers to wait for up to a week before contacting us.
We notify our customers by email when their item is dispatched and we ask customers to check with their local sorting office if they have not received their item within seven days.
If you are not home when your postman tries to deliver your item, the parcel will be taken to your local sorting office ready for you to collect.
 
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER:
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us.
In this case we will issue you with a refund. You will need to return the entire order at your cost if you have already received them, and refunds will not cover postage costs.
In all cases, the goods must be in their original condition.
