The buyer undertakes to read the information contained in the product description and in particular in DESCRIPTION, SHIPPING, PAYMENT, RETURNS.
 
SHIPPING
Because we sell from various warehouses are all of our products are dispatched within 1-7 business days.
 
If you have cancelled the order before shipping an administration fee of £3 will be charged.
 
Any delivery or shipment dates given by eBay are best estimates only, and we shall not be liable for any loss, damage, costs or expenses for failure to deliver in accordance with the delivery or shipment dates given.
 
We also participate in the eBay Global Shipping program which allows our overseas Buyers to reduce the cost of international shipping on their purchases.
 
A lot of our products do not require you to be at home to take delivery as they will fit through your letterbox.
In the event that you have ordered a product which will not fit through your letterbox, and you are not in to take the delivery, then the postal service will follow their usual procedure, a card is left to notify you of an attempted delivery and the item will be held at your local sorting office.
For larger items delivered by a courier service, they will also leave a card and attempt re-delivery up to 2 times after which if still not delivered the item will be returned back to our warehouse.
 
We automatically dispatch all orders to the Ebay registered address, therefore if your address is incomplete or wrong, your delivery may be delayed or returned back to us.
If the parcel returns to us, you will be charged for re-sending or we will refund your money less the P&P costs we incurred.
 
RETURNS
We offer 30 days Refund Policy.
 
Postage and packing charges will be paid by a buyer. We will refund original product price, P&P fees will not be refunded.
 
If returning items to us for any reason (e.g. if you have cancelled the contract under the Distance Selling Regulations or you think they are faulty) you should:
- Ensure that they are adequately and securely packaged and labelled with our address. Be aware that you are responsible for any damage during transit that is due to incorrect or inadequate packaging by you and that you are responsible for any damage or loss in transit when you arrange the delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get lost on the way to us. You will need to pay for the postage of any items you return.
- All items must be returned to us in their original condition with the original packaging.
Products pictures posted in the auction are demonstrative and may differ from the original and also be in a different language than English. This can not be the reason for the return product.
 
Specific terms are:
- For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in the original packaging.
- Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items before issuing refunds, credits, or replacement.
- Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
- Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Under NO circumstances will any shipping & handling (administration) fees be refunded.
- Please send an email vie ebay message center to inform us and arrange the return before you send the merchandise out.
- If you have cancelled the order before shipping and the auction have status PRE-ORDER an administration fee of £ 3 will be charged.
