Payment
Please make payment via Paypal within 2 days of purchase, as after this point an automated unpaid item case will be filed with ebay after 2 days of non-payment.
Delivery
Orders will be despatched within 1-2 working days of receipt of cleared payment. Delivery & Tracking information will be uploaded to your “Purchase History” & an email will also be sent to your registered Ebay email address titled “Update for your purchase” Which will also contain this Tracking information.
If your item has not arrived within the delivery estimate shown on the item page please use the tracking information provided to check the status of your delivery on the delivery company’s website, if you are unable to obtain the status/whereabouts of your delivery from there please feel free to email me via “Contact Seller” – “Other” for assistance.
If your parcel looks damaged upon delivery please advise the delivery driver & make a note of this along with your signature.

Problem with your purchase

Returns
Before returning an item, please get in touch via “Contact Seller” to obtain an “RMA” (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Changed your mind
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, buyers of “Buy It Now” or “Second chance offer” item’s have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which they can cancel the contract (often referred to as the "cooling off" period) and get their money back, including the original postage and packing charges. Providing goods have not been used & any security sticker or markings are not removed.
Buyer’s are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s), goods along with any accessories & must be returned within 30 days of receipt & in the original packaging or adequate packing as to prevent damage during return transit.
If you receive a faulty item
If there is a problem with your purchase upon receipt please do get in touch by email via “Contact Seller” then click “Other” stating the nature of your problem for assistance, if tt is not possible to remedy the problem via email support the item can be returned within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
