In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2014) and Consumer Rights Act (2015) you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of purchase and to receive a refund within 14 days from the date the goods are returned. If your goods arrive damaged you must contact us within 7 days of receipt in order to file a claim. We may require you to return the damaged item or send photographic proof of any damage that has occurred in transit in order for us to claim with the delivery company. Please therefore do not dispose of the damaged item or packaging as this will void any claim. We offer free returns or replacements on all orders provided that the reason for the return is due to a defect arising from the result of our handling such as the item arriving damaged or not as described. In all other cases the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage. All returns must be pre-authorized with an RMA number. Items must be sent back in their original condition and be unused and unopened in their original packaging in order to receive a full refund. The cost of delivery upgrades is non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund given. Items returned damaged, incomplete or otherwise devalued as a result of your handling are not eligible for a refund. Certain items are unable to be returned due to their nature including Personalized Items, CD Keys, Digital Downloads, and products with health or hygiene concerns. Your statutory rights are not affected.
