I purchased 2 charms and they took forever to ship. I finally asked when they would be shipped, I received a reply saying it would be shipped that day. Hours later I get another message stating they only have one available if I would like one shipped today or to wait until both could be shipped. Than the picture of the item changed the charm was no longer textured it was a flat high polish. I asked why is the pic changed and they said they don’t have the one in the original pic. Waste of time!
