The box arrived missing parts, I was told to sort it myself. Unbelievably poor service

False feedback. This buyer initially claimed that he did not receive the package when the package was already delivered to him, we have proof of delivery with the signature of the buyer consignee. 10 days after receiving the order, he sent us a letter that he received an empty and opened package.We contacted the courier company, they provided evidence that the weight of the package is more than 10kg. The courier company said that the recipient should contact them,because his claims are not true
