The seller is amazing. I dropped my identical Maui Jim's five days before we were scheduled to fly to Spain. One of the lens cracked. I was frantic. I really liked them, needed sunglasses for the trip and couldn't find anything I liked for less than $279 locally. The seller had the same pair. He worked closely with me, shipped them immediately and was very responsive to my frantic emails when the carrier delayed delivery. The glasses were delivered as we were just leaving for the airport

You did not read the listing or did not understand the listing says they were display models. you were expecting brand new in box but the listing says they were display models with some light scratches on the lenses. These were discounted from $329 to $119. I cannot do all my listings in French as well it is up to buyers to read the listing and understand what they are buying.
