All items are thoroughly inspects and tested individually, factory restored with all previous data and account information safely removed.

We offer a comprehensive warranty and dedicated telephone support to ensure you get your device set up correctly. We provide pre/post sales support, set up assistance and telephone support in addition.

We have a no quibble return policy within 30 days of purchase.

All items are dispatched same day (if ordered before 12:00 or next working day if after 12:00) via tracked delivery.

iPod Nano 5th Gen Thank you so much for supplying such a high quality example and for the complimentary protective case. Having bought two similar models from other sources and found both having defective batteries it was a genuine relief finally to have a product that appears to work brilliantly and in even better condition than the one I sadly lost a few months ago. I would not hesitate to do business with you again although, hopefully not as a result of losing this little beauty!
