They sent the wrong color cartridge, magenta not light magenta as ordered. Then some other company offered to sell me a light magenta for a lot more money. I did not do so. I requested that the original company restore my money and I kept the magenta cartridge as I did not want to pay to have it returned and not get the right one. Haven't heard from them about the restoration. Ebay gets low marks from me.

We have no communications with this person, we sent the exact cartridge 2200 Ink Cartridge T034320. We dont think accounts with less than 10 feedback should be able to leave negative feedback as they just dont have enough experience. Please contact any company before leaving poor feedback
