I had a worst experience. I received my basin which was damaged and leaked. I informed them and they agreed to send replacement. The seller sent me the replacement and it was more badly broken and damaged. My children and family are suffering without basin since last 2 weeks. Now I asked them to refund as I have decided to buy from local market. I am waiting for the seller response but no response yet.
