All items are thoroughly inspected and cleaned prior to shipping. I ship mostly USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days) unless the item is very large. I also ensure every item is packaged the way I would like to receive my own.
If you are not satisfied I offer 30 day free returns. However, I ask that you contact me first in messages so that I can make it right as well. You're satisfaction and reviews mean the world to me and I strive to please every individual customer!
