My old pc got an electrical spike and I lost the use of some facilities. I liked the way ebay showed the process of refurbishment. It gave me the confidence to try the Fujitsu. Migrating all my photos & docs etc was quite a process but achievable. The tower supplied looked new, very clean inside and works well. It's very good value for an everyday pc. My computer needs are pretty simple. Surfing, photo editing, letters, docs and emails etc. I'm a happy customer.
