I rate my experience here neutral, because I don't think the seller knew this, but I'm unable to get the operating system, DSM (Disk Storage Manager), to install on the NAS, which usually indicates that the motherboard is likely faulty and will require repair or replacement. This price was good enough for me to take the gamble on this fact, so I can't fault the seller. Other than, though, this seller provided a positive experience with the sell.
