If you think that something sent is not as described in the listing, the best course of action is to contact us before leaving a negative. I'm not aware that we sent anything that was different then described in the listing - because the buyer did not contact us tell us about his complaint. Masks are hand-carved and can vary in size/shape a little bit, but large masks that we have are always close to the dimensions giveni. If it was not, thy would have photographed it next to the measuring tape.
