Item not as pictured. Fan is on the opposite side (fan is on TOP when installed into certain vintage PC cases), making this item useless to me. Please use accurate photos in the future. I searched specifically for a PSU with pictured form factor, bought this one, and it's wrong. This attitude that photos need not match actual item needs to be squashed. YES, ITEM PHOTOS NEED TO MATCH ITEM BEING SOLD, WE ARE NOT THERE WITH YOU TO INSPECT ITEMS. Simple.

Arrived sooner than expected. The power supply had all black wires and not multi color like 5he original. All connector plugs were the same except for one. But there was and adaptor in the box but no instructions. I figured it out. A small portion of the case needed to be cut out to get the power supply screwed into the case properly. The supply worked just fine..
