Took two weeks to receive refund from earlier failed order. Confused correspondence. No confirmation of requirements. Seller not responding to messages. Assume the business is defunct

Gorgeous leather, beautifully made, very good price however, a silly manufacturing error put the belt hoops around the chest instead of on the waist. Looks ridiculous of course. Tried lowering the belt myself by not using the hoops but it then lays right over the pockets. I had to wait nearly a month to receive the coat so very disappointed. Communications are very slow with the seller so i have returned the coat for a refund. A really big shame 😞
