Fair pricing, item exactly as described. Once the seller shipped the item, unfortunately it ended up being a long drawn out process of receiving the item. Even reaching out to the seller she couldn't control the ups not updating or shipping the item almost a month later(received). Although she was willing to communicate I understand her hands were tied.

Model horses were not packed well and one--of course the one of most value--arrived with a significant break. Seller agreed to and issued a partial refund. I appreciated the seller's communication and promptness of the refund. I hope packing improves moving forward.
