Overall OK despite several problems with the courier they appointed which caused a lot of aggrevation. Some issues where that 1) the guitar arrived late (it took the best part of 13 days to arrive albeit I also caused a 2 day delay during the delivery process) but Dpd provided a poor service and 2) The guitar was not set up on a low action as requested so I now need to spend £ 50.00 to have a luthier do this. On a positive note the guitar was sold at an excellent price and is as described

Such a great communicator. Brexit has made shipping time an unnecessary pain, but Tilo was brilliant in keeping me up to date with progress. Love the guitar so much. Highly recommend Guitar Inn.
