Although the seller refunded a portion of the payment due to two of the four bowls broken in shipment, the seller did not take responsibility for the poor packaging as two of the bowls (the ones that broke) has no packaging between them and probably why they broke. The seller actually said they were not poorly packaged and blamed the broken dishes on shipping issues and was not gracious at all. It is not good business to deflect responsibility. All the seller had to do was say my apologies.
