Good contact from seller but still not received my dress so can’t comment on the product 🤦🏼♀️

I paid £55.89 postage, Royal Mail contacted me to say postage was not paid so in order to collect my dress I had to pay an extra £53.02!!! When I got the dress home, very poor quality and the underskirt is sewn on inside out so the seam is on the outside of the dress! I cannot wear it. Seller refusing to refund and contact now stopped from them. Very disappointed and very stressed as was for my wedding. Wouldn’t recommend buying this dress!!!

Hi,
You need flip it over. Because in order to protect the outer fabric, our warehouse checker usually packed dresses flit over, so first what you see sometimes are lined fabric, not outer fabric.

My dress is absolutely beautiful and it arrived a lot sooner than the estimated delivery date. This seller made the dress exactly to my specifications, put in extra effort according to my preferences and kept me updated every time I had a question. I am very happy with their service and I am happy to give them 5 stars.

While the item I wanted to purchase became unavailable, the seller did offer me the choice of purchasing other items at her store. As I was only looking to purchase the parrot tiara from her store I declined as I was only interested in purchasing the tiara.
