placed my order took 3 days to tell me it was knot coming.told me it was ready to be picked up by post office and i found out the post office never picked it up cence i complained then they sent me a refund not happy bad service..i wanteed my hoodie knot a refund because i complained''' all they had to do is ship it...all the other buyers got there order but i did knot ...it was for my son he has cancer and i was trying to put a smile on his face .

I'm afraid you had a misunderstanding of our resolution; we sent the refund as an apology for the error and delay, AND we were going to still send out the item to you for the inconvenience, all you had to do was wait for the replacement.

Loved the dress but darn customs charged me an additional $120 upon delivery. Once customs converted the US cost of the dress to Canadian funds and added in tax after tax after tax the dress became ridiculously expensive. 😖
