Mirror had a crack and scratch marks all over it as if it had been thrown around in the post. The white clip for the wires were extremely loose and dangerous. The indicator light doesn't work. We have still applied to our car until our local Toyota can find us a brand new side mirror as I need my car to be able to drive in the meantime. Very disappointed with the product for reasons said above and also the fact it wasn't a cheap purchase.
