Very disappointed, they lost track if mu order, failed to establish good communication and its been almost a month but no signs of my item. Awful experience. Would not recommend this business

Hi there, Our responsibility with the product is to ensure that it is parcelled securely and shipped with our provider, which is Royal Mail. We had shipped the product through eBay's postage label with Royal Mail, however Royal Mail is responsible for the late delivery of the product, not us. Any information on the product's lateness could have been found through the tracking number provided.
