Got my unit out of the package and one of the adjustment knobs falls off with no way to secure it. There is no missing screw or anything it just falls off.

Hi, i sorry for the trouble. This has never happened before. I tested each product before sending it out by myself. so it seems that it could only be caused by too much turbulence during transportation. Please try installing the yellow cover and it should be fine. thanks.If it cannot be processed in the end, I will purchase a return label for you.

This seller is extremely selfish and rude. They do not care if the customer is happy or even care to answer their questions. They keep asking me to change my review and still are unaware of their faults. All of the blame is pointed at the customer. Shop else are this is a red flag!!!!
I’m sure the seller will respond to this saying they reconciled the issue or I am at fault! Beware and use your head.
