I have tried to contact seller, but Ebay will not allow me. I am very disappointed to find my Barbie missing a little finger! It was NOT disclosed in the photos or description, and I DID look at ALL photos closely.

We have not heard anything from you, not sure why eBay would not allow you to contact us, but please note we offer returns! We did not notice any missing fingers when we listed and just checked the photos and they all seem to be in place. Maybe this was for a different purchase not with us? If something is amiss please feel free to return the item in the condition we sent it to you for a refund!
