Goods were lost by EVRI therefore never received. HOWEVER, I give this supplier 5 STARS for his sterling service. On noticing a mark on one of the mugs when packaging he contacted me and checked if I still wanted order. He immediately notified me about delays in delivery time. And immediately refunded my money due to no show. Excellent communication. Would use/buy from this seller again.
