It was supposed to include the 3rd Ed Rules along with the variant counters and 100+ pg bonus. I received the +100 pg bonus copies of game articles, etc and also the counters BUT did not receive the 3rd Ed Rules which was something I was looking forward to getting. In fairness, I have not to date contacted this seller, but am alittle disappointed in the purchase.
