Physically the DELL E6520 laptop looked fine as it is a used/refurbished laptop. Delivery of the laptop took 14 days to receive. A few software along with WIN 11 PRO program were not installed. Seller unable to resolve issue(s) online, so he stated he would send out a replacement with all programs/softwares as described on 3/1/24. Since 2/27/24, I am still pending a return label to send back the original laptop. I will update my feedback once I receive my replacement!

The process was easy. The product was just as promised. I am pleased with it. There was a delay in delivery, USPS related. When I contacted the Seller, he could not have been more helpful. Immediate follow up and correction. Overall, a very positive experience and a trustworthy Seller.
