Never had a reply after sending multiple messages. Item was not dispatched. Had to sit and wait to contact ebay. Waste of time. Hopefully not a waste of money also. Terrible seller.

This was a suitable replacement for a 2.5" caster. Note that the caster's mount is square. For my application, I needed a rectangular base. Through some ingenuity, I was able to swap mounting bases with my original (broken) caster.
