Have not received this item or any other item I purchased from this seller. Seller is refusing to answer my query as to where my items are despite promises they would. Totally frustrating and stressful situation. Avoid this seller.

I am still waiting for this item a week after the expected delivery date. i sent a message to the seller when the item failed to arrive, enquiring whether the item had been posted yet as the status showed paid but not posted. A week later, I am still waiting for a reply to my query and the status is STILL showing paid but not posted
