The product had a scratched screen, a cracked camera lens, and very scuffed camera frames. It was not an Excellent condition phone as described.

Arrived prompt. Apple alert constantly shows battery and screen aren’t apple certified. Screen shattered today. Currently awaiting support from seller since it’s under their warranty and secondary warranty is not in effect. Using new phone w broken screen is not fun.
