The wooll was perfect it is the customer service that leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered four balls of wool and they sent the wrong wool for one of the balls ordered. I liked the one they sent so asked to buy a fifth , the one I originally ordered ar the original price. They were very slow to respond but eventually refused to sell at the original price. This is the first time I have left negative feedback in thirteen years on ebay, and reflects their lack of customer service.
