This is my third time trying to leave feedback. Not sure what is going on, but hopefully this time it will go through...I ordered the Eagle Scout cake topper, and it is even better in person!! My order arrived sooner than expected. My item was packaged very well as not to get damaged during shipping. I am very happy with my purchase, and would definitely order again.

bad quality. The image I got in the mail was very dark when the image I gave her was bright and the ink is kind of smudgy bleeding like.

Our images are not bad quality. We printed the image exactly like the customer sent us. They sent us a much darker image and we brightened it up for them. They never contacted us with any issues.
