I must admit to have initially misunderstood what I was buying and thought the item included the mini figure in the picture. I was initially disappointed when just the cape arrived and contacted the seller who explained the listing pointed this out in the description. I felt that this hadn't been made obvious enough and the seller has agreed to amend future listings to make them even clearer. In addition, the seller kindly agreed to issue a full refund so a good outcome in the end
