What's a USAcost?

We started in 2014 as a family-owned business selling products online. Here are a few interesting facts about us:

We may be one of the smallest businesses in the United States, with only one warehouse - our garage. We pride ourselves on being honest and only selling genuine products that we personally like. We also strive to provide quick responses to our buyers and offer the best customer service we can. We truly appreciate your support!

What are we focused on?

Our main goal is to provide exceptional customer service. We make sure to ship all orders within one business day, so you won't have to wait long to receive your purchase. We are committed to never selling fake products; everything we offer is authentic. Currently, our USA-based fulfillment center is located in our garage, but we hope to expand and have a proper warehouse in the future. Rest assured, there will be no slow shipping from outside the US.

Item was very poorly packaged. USPS also mishandled the package, which resulted in a cracked plastic bottle full of smelly Kim-Chi, which leaked all over my other packages and damaged items within. I tried contacting the seller, but the contact link only sends me to an offer page to purchase another same item. This should have been packaged a LOT better, instead it was just a plastic bottle stuffed into a mail envelope. Not a happy customer.
