I never responded? You contacted me a couple of hours ago! I apologize for having my life and work and not being there 24/7 to respond right away. Anyway, your return is approved. You got a lot of discount to complain about shipping which I'm not supposed to reimburse. There is no "Seller accepts combined shipping" option here! So, you can't even ask about serv ices not provided. Sorry that something is wrong in your life and you just like being mean to people to express your negativity.

The clockwork does not work at all. The second hand, minute hand & hour hand are all bent. The clockwork attached to the back of the clock actuates twirls around and is not attached securely to the clock.

I'm very surprised that you didn't contact me prior to writing this. I am always willing to resolve any issues. That is very mean, but it's ok. Life gives us everything back... Anyway, it's hard to sell things exclusively per item as they are unique and easy to miss the details. Thank you for your understanding!
