Returned the art piece I bought because it was poorly cropped. There was a lot of "dead space" on the top & right; conversely, there were important features of the painting--bottom & left--that were cut off. It simply needed to be better positioned in the frame. I explained this to seller & asked to return the item/maybe get a replacement?... She apologized/refunded, but never responded to my inquiry or offered to fix the problem. Would have been pleased for a re-do with attn. to detail.

Item received exactly as pictured, and as portrayed by the original artist Eric Enstrom. Full refund and free return label issued. Re-Do is not possible, as this is not "print-on-demand" but rather a four-color locally printed high quality image. I am sorry this customer is not please - as I want ALL sales to be perfect. I do my best to promptly, accurately and safely send each order from my shop in the hills of Arkansas. -Joy
