Allegedly the item was discovered to be 'damaged'. Moved straight to cancellation and refused to send picture of the 'damage'. Time wasted but refund given.

Sale was cancelled because the item was damaged. (Not sure I completely believe that since, IIRC, when I placed the order there was more than one in stock.) At least this seller sent me a message telling me the order had been cancelled, gave me a reason for the cancellation, and issued an immediate refund. So full marks to them for that.
